Compound Art Studios, Emeryville, CA
The COMPOUND was established in 2008 by two artists with a love for art. We were voted Best Art Hang Out 2012 and Best Art Complex 2015 by the East Bay Express. Our Emeryville gallery also hosts a small community print shop and our 17,000 sq ft. interdisciplinary art facilities and art studios are located behind the gallery.

Founded in 2010 in Oakland’s Uptown Arts District, Manna Gallery, is a community-focused art space showcasing diverse exhibitions by local and regional artists, open Saturdays 12–5pm and First Fridays 5–8pm, and proud member of Oakland Art Murmur.

Focusing on brickwork, graffiti, industrial surfaces, and architectural grids, Gaiser isolates fragments of the built environment and reframes them as studies in repetition, contrast, and form. Stripped of color, the images emphasize structure and rhythm, allowing overlooked details to surface with clarity. When assembled, the photographs converge into larger visual systems, revealing order within what might otherwise register as visual noise.
